1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Velvéra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
